Do you have any discount option?

We offer nonprofit discounts, volume discounts, multi-year discounts, and renewal discounts. Nonprofit discounts must be requested separately, while the others are automatically applied in the payment form. To learn more, please contact us at support @ nxfilter.org.

Which payment methods do you support?

We accept payments through PayPal, Bitcoin and bank transfer. PayPal is supported directly in our payment form. If you wish to use another method, feel free to contact us at at support @ nxfilter.org.

How do I activate my license?

Once your purchase is complete, a license.lic file will be sent to your payment email address. Copy the file into the /nxfilter/conf directory and select a license option under Category > System. Then restart NxFilter. If you have a cluster of NxFilter, make sure to also copy the file to your slave node.

How do you count user number for licensing?

NxFilter counts the number of unique usernames and client IP addresses on a daily basis. If either exceeds your licensed user limit, the unlicensed users will appear as blocked in the log view. Please note that this is only a visual warning. No actual blocking will occur.
